Born out of desire to create connection and space for artists in 2021, IZLA Art Advisory was originally named 6ft Ap’art Gallery where founder Izzy Cummings hosted bi-annual exhibitions out of her BedStuy apartment. After a joint curatorial collaboration with Lauren Halilej in 2023 at Index Space, IZLA Art Advisory was founded with the mission of connecting emerging artists to collectors in order to foster a community of art patrons who understand how their impact directly contributes to artists’ lives. With a combined 15 years of experience in the art world at auction houses, art advisories and world-renowned museums, Izzy Cummings and Lauren Halilej are committed to supporting a thriving network of collectors and artists.
